stained sheets small towels
the metro station was close. that was acceptable.
The room was not great. It had stained sheets. there was no hand soap in the bathroom. That was frustrating. the towels provided were too small.

Solid Stay Close to Transportation
convenient location friendly staff
The location was convenient near Gare du Nord and the Metro. I appreciated the secure premises and the friendly staff. The park across the street was a nice surprise. The price was affordable.
The immediate area felt unsafe at night. Loud music played through the night, disturbing sleep. Homeless people camped near the hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. One staff member spoke multiple languages. They provided warnings about the surrounding area which I thought was a nice gesture. I also appreciated their prompt attention when needed.

a fairly decent stay
friendly staff good value zero ventilation unpleasant neighborhood
the staff were SO nice and friendly. the room was clean. I feel it was of quite good value for money.
the room had zero ventilation. This forced us to open the windows which were facing the road. UnFORTUNATELY the location of the place is not a pleasant neighborhood and the noise outside made it quite uncomfortable.

Charming stay near Gare du Nord
great location convenient shop
The hotel's location impressed me because it was near the train station. A food shop just 50 meters away was very convenient. I also liked the park with security in front of the hotel. It felt safe. Breakfast had good options, it was a great way to start the day.
The lack of a soap dispenser near the sink was an issue. I would have preferred having one at the sink, not only in the shower. It was slightly inconvenient.

The staff asked guests to leave keys when going out. This system helped to avoid any worry about losing them. The staff was generally polite and attentive. They were very helpful .
